Laptops
Describe your tasks, preferred screen size and battery life. Specify memory and weight requirements.
Monitors
Specify screen size, resolution and computer connectors. Colour accuracy and screen adjustment also matter for graphics work.
Peripherals
List the devices and computer model. Specify connectivity, usage conditions and compatibility requirements.
Components and spare parts
Provide the exact device model or part number. Selection requires specifications, compatible connectors and the reason for replacement.
Printers and multifunction devices
Specify monthly print volume, paper size and colour needs. Include scanning, network connectivity and duplex printing requirements.
Cartridges
Provide the printer model and cartridge code. Specify colour, yield and whether you prefer original or compatible supplies.
Toners
Provide the printer and cartridge model. Selection considers toner type, colour and compatibility with the printing mechanism.
Imaging drums
Provide the printer model and drum unit number. A print defect sample and device page count are helpful.
UPS systems
Specify connected equipment power and required runtime. Include socket types and power supply conditions.

We select the complete workstation: computer, display, peripherals and software. Home users need comfort and the right applications; organisations need consistent configurations, compatibility and ongoing maintenance. You can request one device or a complete equipment package.

Tell us which applications you use, the number of devices, your budget and preferred timing. Send the models of existing equipment if compatibility is required. For displays and docks, connections, screen resolution and laptop power requirements are particularly important.
WHAT WE AGREE ON.
We agree on the package, specifications, availability and delivery terms. Software setup, data migration and peripheral connections are discussed separately when required. Warranty terms for the selected equipment are stated in the proposal.

Yes. Start with your applications, where the device will be used and what needs improving in your current workstation. That is enough for an initial discussion.
Can I request just a display or a component?
Yes. Share the exact model of the computer or device. Compatibility depends on the model, not just how a connector looks.
