Toner is a material used in laser printing. Selection requires the exact printer and cartridge models; colour alone is not enough.
What to consider
Colour and material type
For colour equipment, specify the required colour. Similar-looking toners should not be treated as interchangeable without compatibility confirmation.
Material or ready-to-use consumable
Clarify whether you need toner, a ready-to-use cartridge or a refill service. These are different order items with different work scopes.
Quantity and checks
Agree quantity for the selected item and application. A refill also requires assessment of cartridge condition and a test print.

Are toner and a cartridge the same thing?

Can toner be selected by colour alone?
No. The printer and cartridge models are needed. Material is selected by confirmed compatibility.
Is refilling included with toner supply?
Only when separately agreed. Cartridge condition, material and additional operations are confirmed first.
Will new toner remove streaks on the page?
Not in every case. Other components may cause the defect; a sample print helps determine the next check.
